Leads and builds Perforce’s commercial contracts team in Pune. Responsibilities include managing legal request intake, triaging workloads, drafting and negotiating complex software, SaaS, professional services, partner, vendor, and data processing agreements, handling escalations, developing contract governance and playbooks, improving AI-enabled workflows, and partnering with US legal and cross-functional teams. The role also involves recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing contracts professionals while supporting global commercial risk decisions.

Supports renewals, license management, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, customer database maintenance, and post-sales activities. Uses Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal systems to process orders, issue licenses, provide quotes and invoices, resolve customer issues, monitor at-risk renewals, maintain data integrity, and identify operational improvements. Also supports supplier setup and manages a high volume of customer service activity.

Leads the establishment and growth of Perforce’s India finance operations team. Responsibilities include hiring and developing analysts, transferring recurring finance processes from the US, creating runbooks and quality controls, overseeing accurate and timely reporting, partnering with finance leaders, managing escalations, and identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. The role requires strong accounting and reporting knowledge, US GAAP familiarity, finance systems experience, and at least 10 years of finance experience.
