Lead AI/ML engineering vision and roadmap for healthcare and life sciences. Oversee multiple client engagements, design and deploy scalable production-grade AI solutions (ML, NLP, deep learning, computer vision, LLMs), ensure regulatory readiness, responsible AI practices, and drive adoption and value realization while managing executive client relationships and expanding AI adoption.

Design, build, and operate Azure/Databricks lakehouse pipelines (batch and streaming) with governance, data quality, observability, and cost controls. Model curated datasets and semantic layers in Power BI, manage PostgreSQL replication/CDC to lakehouse/Synapse, enforce security/compliance, and collaborate with product owners and data stewards to certify enterprise datasets.

Design and operate an Azure + Databricks lakehouse; build batch and streaming ingestion pipelines with CDC, automated data quality, CI/CD and observability; model curated datasets and semantic layers for Power BI; enforce security/compliance controls and cost optimization; collaborate with product owners and data stewards.

Lead application development and technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and integrate AI-assisted engineering (code generation, reviews, research). Design and implement scalable microservices using .NET/C#, TypeScript, SQL and Azure/Terraform. Ensure coding standards, security, quality, and participate in full lifecycle delivery, testing, deployment, support, and cross-functional collaboration.
