Lead and execute building automation and security system projects including design, engineering, graphics, onsite commissioning, SCADA/integration, quality compliance, customer engagement, mentoring engineers, and end-to-end project closeout.

Lead technical project delivery for complex engineering programs: coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, drive technical solutions, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and stakeholder requirements.

Performs basic and detailed instrumentation engineering for field projects, including design bases, specifications, instrument and control valve datasheets, sizing, technical bid evaluations, vendor drawing reviews, inspection plans, and testing. Prepares plot plans, hookup diagrams, termination drawings, cable schedules, material quantities, and installation tenders. Supports field installation, calibration, DCS/PLC startup, loop checking, quality compliance, and coordination with project, manufacturing, commercial, and site teams.

Manage end-to-end freight payment operations, including invoice validation, carrier payments, freight-forwarder coordination, issue resolution, payment tracking, and stakeholder reporting. Review transport invoicing performance, prepare weekly payment reviews, track supply-chain KPIs, and lead process improvements to reduce spending and cycle time. The role requires logistics expertise across import, export, warehouse, and domestic dispatch operations, along with project ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage accounts payable including PO and non-PO invoice processing, vendor communication, month-end close, GRIR reconciliation, aged balance analysis, and P2P coordination. Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX, support audits, collaborate with procurement and stakeholders, maintain records, and pursue process improvements using SAP and Microsoft Office.

Lead annual standard costing and drive cost management for ISC conversion and inventory. Perform planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, accruals, and stakeholder engagement. Standardize and automate financial processes and deliver actionable analytics to improve cost efficiency across regions and product levels.
