Support containerized and virtualized workloads, integrate enterprise systems, improve developer experience, and mentor teams on engineering and automation best practices.

Designs, implements, integrates, supports, and enhances SAP SD, VMS, pricing, and billing processes in SAP S/4HANA. Handles production incidents, problem tickets, L2/L3 troubleshooting, functional specifications, testing, deployments, upgrades, and maintenance. Participates in Agile ceremonies, ensures security and controls, mentors junior team members, and serves as an SAP subject matter expert.
