Leads new product introduction programs for optical transport solutions across multiple Nokia sites, products, and releases. Coordinates hardware, software, systems engineering, testing, manufacturing, architecture, support, and product teams. Manages plans, budgets, schedules, metrics, change control, quality, risks, executive communications, and issue resolution while driving cross-functional alignment and continuous process improvement.

Develop scalable Python software and integrate AI/ML solutions, including RAG and intelligent automation. Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams on data processing, deployment, and CI/CD. Represents Nokia in 3GPP and other external forums, drives new security technology concepts, collaborates with patenting and business teams, builds industry and government relationships, and aligns security strategies with product roadmaps and Bell Labs research.

Lead end-to-end system validation and test automation for cloud-native, microservices-based software. Own test strategy, functional and non-functional testing, defect management, release readiness, CI/CD integration, and automation framework evolution. Validate distributed systems, Kafka-based event architectures, observability platforms, data pipelines, and Kubernetes/OpenShift applications. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive quality initiatives, and serve as Scrum Master for a SAFe agile team.
