Align documentation with SDLC/DDLC, structured writing principles, Agile and DevOps workflows, single-sourcing practices, and use Jira/Confluence/GitHub for content lifecycle management.

Design and execute end-to-end automated test strategies for service portals across IP/MPLS networks. Develop Robot Framework test scripts, validate orchestration and automation, troubleshoot issues, integrate tests into CI/CD, mentor junior QA engineers, and report quality and performance metrics to ensure reliable product releases.

Create customer-focused technical documentation for complex fixed broadband products. Manage documentation schedules, collaborate with PLM/R&D/Test, produce web-based content using XML/Asciidoc/Markdown, use Arbortext/Oxygen and graphics tools, follow structured writing, SDLC/DDLC, and align documentation with Agile/DevOps workflows using Jira, Confluence, and content management systems.

Analyze field product failures, identify root causes, collaborate with R&D and repair centers, develop debugging methods, provide technical training and documentation, ensure repair quality, support new product introductions, and provide on-site vendor support to improve testing and repair efficiency.
