Lead PMO activities for multiple capital-markets initiatives: collate status and risks, monitor productivity savings and project financials, prepare dashboards and analyses using Excel, Power BI and Clarity, interact with senior stakeholders and committees, and coordinate global cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and cost outcomes.

Provide architecture governance, drive AI/GenAI adoption for engineering productivity, and manage stakeholders throughout large-scale transformation programs.
