Maintain payroll records, validate inputs, reconcile discrepancies, answer employee queries, support audits, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors. The role also contributes to building an India Payroll Hub that will eventually support payroll operations across APAC.

Translate global marketing strategy into localized regional execution for Retail and Banking. Own regional campaign planning, ABM, sales enablement, customer engagement, events and CEC activations. Provide market and competitive insights, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor campaign performance, and drive pipeline and revenue influence.
