Support full-cycle recruiting and contingent workforce operations: source and screen candidates, manage onboarding/offboarding and contracts, maintain compliance and audits, handle case management in Workday/QMS, generate operational reports, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead and grow India-based application development teams delivering enterprise solutions for corporate functions. Oversee architecture-aligned delivery, resource planning, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement including cloud, integrations, AI and DevOps practices.

Perform application risk assessments (using NIST/ISO frameworks), validate security controls, identify and rate application risks, document findings, track remediation with owners, maintain GRC records, support risk evaluations, and improve playbooks and processes while communicating risks clearly.

Support and execute global payroll processing and compliance: review payroll/attendance data, calculate pay and deductions, reconcile records, process tax and garnishment items, respond to employee inquiries, coordinate with third-party payroll vendors, perform audits, and maintain payroll policies and procedures.

Perform digital forensics and intrusion investigations, including computer analysis, data recovery, network assessments, and incident support. Conduct OSINT research, monitor threats, analyze alerts in SIEM, run IOCs, and produce technical intelligence reports. Automate and integrate data using APIs, Python, Docker, and cron jobs. Apply frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, and Cyber Kill Chain and communicate findings to stakeholders and executives.
