The HR Business Partner provides consultative HR support, implements programs enhancing employee experience, and leads various HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Designs and develops enterprise cloud platforms and secure, scalable AWS network architectures. Leads cloud automation, infrastructure as code, governance, hybrid connectivity, and infrastructure improvements. Troubleshoots complex cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises traffic flows, partners with stakeholders on cloud strategy, and coaches junior engineers. The role requires deep AWS networking, cloud architecture, automation, and systems engineering expertise.

Support full-cycle recruiting and contingent workforce operations: source and screen candidates, manage onboarding/offboarding and contracts, maintain compliance and audits, handle case management in Workday/QMS, generate operational reports, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation.

Leads client services operations for institutional and high-net-worth clients, overseeing onboarding, client reporting, lifecycle support, policies, procedures, issue resolution, and efficiency improvements. Communicates initiatives and results to leadership, presents to clients, resolves complex inquiries, and manages team performance, compliance, engagement, and development. The role also directs QC/QA support for RKT.

Provide quality assurance and audit support by meeting production, accuracy, and QC targets. Conduct quality checks and peer reviews, identify process deviations, ensure compliance with quality frameworks, resolve team queries, share knowledge, participate in calibration and training, and support continuous process improvement.

Build and maintain scalable Python-based ETL pipelines and cloud data-processing solutions. Develop orchestration and transformation workflows, ensure data quality through testing and monitoring, and create production-ready datasets for business intelligence and machine learning. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, while supporting critical scripts, AI models, and data operations.

Supervise end-to-end investment operations processes, including account reconciliation across business lines, exception investigation, issue escalation, corrective and preventive actions, compliance, audit documentation, risk management, and process performance reporting. The role coordinates with custodians, brokers, front-office, middle-office, and internal operational teams while supporting application updates and testing.

Proofread and edit plan transition materials for grammar, style, factual accuracy, brand alignment, compliance, and audience clarity. Provide quality feedback to production artists, refine financial content across formats, manage competing priorities, and track workflows in Workfront. Collaborate with studio, editorial, production, and plan transition teams to deliver accurate, consistent, client-ready communications.

Manage leveraged loan and CLO operations, including trade processing, settlements, cash and position reconciliations, loan restructures, covenant modifications, and CLO reporting. Investigate discrepancies, maintain accounting records and audit documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and implement process improvements and automation using Excel, VBA, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

Develops and maintains business continuity and disaster recovery plans, evaluates operational risks and potential losses, facilitates organizational training, conducts periodic plan testing, recommends mitigation strategies, ensures regulatory compliance, and coaches junior analysts.
