Lead complex client implementations and transformation programs for FactSet’s buy-side Performance, Analytics, and Risk Solutions. Advise clients on scalable workflows, data integration, solution best practices, training, documentation, and transition to support. Collaborate with project managers, data integration teams, Product Development, and Engineering while managing scope, risks, client communication, and implementation improvements. Identify additional opportunities and ensure high-quality delivery for sophisticated investment professionals.

Manages client relationships and technical delivery for FactSet’s Portware Execution Management System. Responsibilities include account strategy, requirements gathering, client advocacy, implementation of upgrades and trading workflows, connectivity projects, training, reporting, issue resolution, and coordination with product, engineering, support, implementation, sales, and pre-sales teams. The role requires financial markets expertise, project management, technical business analysis, SQL, FIX protocol knowledge, and understanding of securities trading and EMS systems.
