Monitor and manage requests in Collaboration Tier III queues, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, communicate with clients via phone, chat, and email, maintain ticketing systems, collaborate with team members, provide technical guidance, and create/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
