Own the migration of identity and entitlement services to a MuleSoft-based API shielding layer. Repoint OMES and UPMS from Salesforce dependencies, build backward-compatible integrations, validate permission integrity, support data migration and QA, execute cutovers with rollback readiness, and manage infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines using Golang, Node.js, Terraform, and Azure.
