Manage global client onboarding implementations for Employer of Record and simple Managed Services. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, status updates, and go-live forecasts; coordinating internal teams and external partners; supporting payroll, HR, benefits, accounting, and entity management implementations; configuring technology; training clients; monitoring risks; escalating issues; and ensuring smooth handoffs with Sales and Client Success.

Manage entity lifecycle and compliance across APAC: maintain entity records, coordinate incorporations and local counsel, support expansion projects, enforce governance, report metrics, and drive process improvements while partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll and external providers.

Own and deliver end-to-end India payroll: processing, validations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, payments, year-end activities, and employee support. Serve as greytHR SME for configuration, UAT, and improvements. Partner with HR, Finance, vendors and auditors, support APAC payroll coordination, and build reports and automations using advanced Excel.
