The Account and Sourcing Coordinator supports client relations and administrative tasks in the travel industry, facilitating communication and managing data for Account Managers.

Manage airline and hotel partner relationships to drive strategic hotel sourcing, negotiate and implement contracts, deliver savings, handle day-to-day account operations, support operations and reporting, conduct site inspections, and maintain contract and performance data across systems.

Lead hotel and airline procurement accounts, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, deliver savings targets, oversee account teams, conduct site inspections, maintain systems (Salesforce, ACES, HotelExpress, MyCrewCare), and support operational and reporting requirements.

Manage hotel and ground-transport sourcing for airline clients: conduct market research, run RFP/RFI via proprietary sourcing technology, negotiate contracts, produce Excel and PowerPoint evaluation reports, and update Salesforce. Ensure SLAs are met and support account managers with strategy and site inspections.
