Lead sales and business development for Novus poultry products in assigned geography. Execute business plans, manage S&OP/KPI/PLM/CRM, support product and CSR initiatives, coordinate forecasting and regulatory follow-up, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with Technical Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

Manage Novus product sales in assigned Central India territory (Poultry), grow customer base and distributors, supervise distribution and sales support, perform budgeting/forecasting, ensure regulatory and compliance follow-up, support CSR and new product marketing, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet business targets.
