Support reconciliations, employee and partner inquiries, audits, dashboards, vendor management, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with HR, Finance, and payroll providers.

Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across APAC/MEA: own SLAs, escalations, compliance, and controls. Mentor Tier 2 specialists, ensure audit readiness, coordinate cross-functionally (payroll, legal, vendors), drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while resolving complex worker and client issues.
