Provides technical and product support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint farm environments. Responsibilities include managing site collections and permissions, troubleshooting connectivity, authentication, integration, and configuration issues, and supporting identity solutions such as ADFS, DirSync, AADSync, and single sign-on. The role also requires diagnosing networking and browser-related issues using specialized troubleshooting tools and communicating fluently in English.

Provide product and technical support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environments. Manage mailboxes, retention policies, compliance features, mail flow, disaster recovery, migrations, reporting, logging, and messaging policies across on-premises and cloud systems. Troubleshoot identity, networking, web, and single sign-on issues using specialized diagnostic tools. The role requires fluent English and at least three years of product, customer, or technical support experience.

Provide L2 advanced support and escalation for enterprise server and network infrastructure. Troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge and Cisco equipment using iDRAC/Redfish and CLI, perform firmware and IOS/NX-OS updates, manage hardware break/fix and vendor coordination, run network health audits, enhance monitoring with SREs, mentor L1 engineers, maintain runbooks and diagrams, participate in post-mortems, and provide 24x7 on-call support for production systems.

Provide advanced L2 support for enterprise server and network infrastructure: troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge and Cisco devices, perform firmware/BIOS updates, manage hardware break/fix, improve monitoring and alerting, mentor L1 engineers, maintain runbooks/diagrams, participate in change management and post-mortems, and provide 24x7 on-call support in a global environment.
