The Sr Consultant-AI & Automation focuses on designing AI and automation solutions specific to IT operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders to assess automation opportunities, participate in proposals, and conduct demos of solutions. Strong experience in IT operations and solution architecture is essential, along with skills in IT service management and automation methodologies.

The Solutions Architect will conduct market research to identify cloud infrastructure solutions, build frameworks and tools for deployment, and engage with customers for continuous solution refinement.
