Lead OTM Cloud migrations and optimize OTM solutions for enterprise clients. Design scalable, secure OTM architectures, collaborate with functional and integration leads, guide technical teams on extensibility, data migration, and test automation, and run client workshops, roadmaps, and solution governance while mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships.

Lead user research and behaviour-led design for farmer-facing products and services. Translate insights into product improvements, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and operations to drive onboarding and adoption, run pilots and scale initiatives, and maintain continuous learning loops.

Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django. Architect and implement microservices, migrate monolithic systems to microservices, build RESTful APIs, optimize performance and security, collaborate with DevOps/frontend/QA, and troubleshoot production issues.

Develop and publish Android applications using Java/Kotlin and Android SDK. Work with third-party libraries/APIs, follow mobile architectures and full development lifecycle. Must have Salesforce hands-on experience; experience with AI-enabled resource tracking or similar is a plus.
