Own end-to-end UI/UX design for conversion-focused websites, enterprise dashboards, internal tools, and campaign journeys. Designs and engineers mechanical, electrical, and public health systems for UK construction projects across RIBA Stages 2–4. Performs first-principles calculations, system sizing, equipment selection, technical specifications, design basis reports, tender documentation, and performance verification. Ensures compliance with UK Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance, and British Standards. Reviews junior team outputs and supports energy efficiency, sustainability, Net Zero, and Passivhaus objectives while communicating technical rationale to UK consultants and clients.

Design civil engineering projects using MicroStation for US residential and commercial developments. Ensure compliance with codes and client requirements, manage project delivery, mentor junior engineers, provide technical support, and lead client meetings.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including high-volume employee onboarding, documentation and HRMS data management (Zoho People), payroll coordination, compliance, exits, and background verifications. Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth joinings, maintain personnel records, conduct audits, and resolve payroll or verification issues.

Produce high-quality 2D/3D MEP models and drawings using Revit/AutoCAD, perform clash detection in Navisworks, coordinate trades, prepare HVAC shop drawings and technical documentation, maintain BIM standards (LOD100-400), and support QA/QC, reporting, and project schedules.
