Build and operate Rubiscape’s AI platform infrastructure, including LLM gateways, RAG pipelines, prompt management, vector databases, inference APIs, guardrails, model serving, and observability. Integrate open-source and hosted models across SaaS, BYOC, and air-gapped deployments while supporting multi-tenant security, audit logging, usage metering, and regulated-sector requirements.

Design and operate production MLOps infrastructure for large-scale model training, deployment, monitoring, and rollback across SaaS, cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Build ML pipelines, model registries, containerized serving platforms, observability systems, and governance controls. Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and customer teams while managing production model reliability, performance SLOs, and incident response.

Design, build, and own distributed backend microservices supporting data ingestion, ML pipeline orchestration, model serving, and real-time analytics. Develop Kafka streaming solutions, PostgreSQL schemas, REST and gRPC APIs, Redis caching, and service observability. Responsibilities include data exploration, feature engineering, model validation, deployment packaging, explainability, model documentation, experiment tracking, and production pipeline collaboration. The role focuses on fraud and risk, predictive maintenance, and patient outcome modeling, while mentoring junior analysts and translating research into platform capabilities.

Own the strategic roadmap and full product lifecycle for data, analytics, AutoML, and agentic AI platform studios. Lead customer discovery, write executable PRDs and user stories, define product KPIs, coordinate cross-functional squads, and drive quarterly planning, delivery, launches, and iteration. Partner with enterprise customers, pre-sales, and customer success while presenting roadmap progress to executive leadership and representing the product externally.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and multi-cloud infrastructure across SaaS, on-premises, BYOC, and air-gapped environments. Automates provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, operates GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux, and manages observability through Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and centralized logging. The role also supports secure deployments, customer onboarding, disconnected installations, progressive delivery, and enterprise-scale platform reliability.

Monitor and triage SIEM alerts across cloud, application, and endpoint environments; investigate and contain security incidents; maintain detection rules; manage vulnerability remediation workflows; enrich threat intelligence; document audit-ready incident evidence; and participate in tabletop and red-team/blue-team exercises. The role also supports automation of security response playbooks and improvement of detection and response metrics.

Build and operate Rubiscape’s internal AI-assisted developer platform, including custom LLM agents, IDE integrations, CLI tools, spec-to-code pipelines, and CI/CD quality gates. Manage prompt versioning, agent configurations, LLM logging, and automated code review and test generation. Integrate external AI development tools, monitor toolchain performance, collaborate with engineering teams, and document architecture and operational procedures.

Own the enterprise platform roadmap covering identity and access management, multi-tenancy, data governance, lineage, audit logging, integrations, deployment models, APIs, SLOs, technical debt, and platform health. Partner with infrastructure, security, DevOps, engineering, studio PMs, solutions, and partnerships teams to deliver scalable, compliant, reusable platform capabilities for enterprise SaaS and ISV customers.
