Own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Rubiscape’s AutoML, MLOps, and agentic AI products. Translate enterprise AI needs into measurable features, evaluate emerging AI techniques, conduct discovery with technical and business users, and lead responsible AI governance capabilities. Partner with research, marketing, and pre-sales on experimentation, go-to-market, positioning, demos, competitive differentiation, and model/API versioning for regulated enterprise deployments.

Design and operate Rubiscape’s internal developer platform across multi-cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes clusters, self-service provisioning, Backstage templates, CI/CD workflows, platform services, policy-as-code, developer tooling, reliability practices, documentation, and onboarding. The role requires strong Terraform, Kubernetes, platform-product ownership, developer portal experience, and excellent technical writing.

Build end-to-end SaaS product features across React/TypeScript frontends and Node.js or Python backends. Integrate microservices, data pipelines, ML endpoints, and IoT streams; develop accessible, performant UI components and REST APIs; optimize Redis and PostgreSQL usage; write comprehensive tests; participate in Agile ceremonies; and review code for security, correctness, and maintainability.

Build, train, evaluate, and operationalize machine learning models for Rubiscape’s AutoML and MLOps platform. Responsibilities include feature engineering, data quality collaboration, MLflow-based experiment tracking and model versioning, production deployment, and monitoring for drift, bias, and performance degradation. The role requires production-quality Python development and collaboration across data and platform engineering teams, with opportunities to prototype applied machine learning approaches.

Own technical product strategy and execution for data platform capabilities. Write implementation-ready PRDs, API contracts, schemas, state diagrams, and edge-case specifications; collaborate with engineering and architecture teams; manage developer experience roadmaps for SDKs, CLI tools, webhooks, and APIs; prototype with SQL and Python; coordinate technical dependencies; maintain architecture and API documentation; and translate enterprise customer requirements into platform solutions and roadmap priorities.

Supports product discovery, customer research, competitive analysis, user story development, backlog management, sprint tracking, and feature launches. Analyzes product usage through dashboards and SQL, coordinates engineering, design, QA, and customer success teams, prepares release communications, and participates in enterprise customer onboarding and business reviews. The role develops early-career product leaders at the intersection of AI/ML, analytics, and enterprise software.

Designs and hardens security controls across SaaS, BYOC, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments. Responsibilities include access control, encryption, threat modeling, audit trails, vulnerability management, penetration testing, SIEM detection engineering, compliance alignment, and security assurance for enterprise and regulated-sector customers.

Own named Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts, leading complex partner-led sales motions with SI and cloud partners. Build account plans, engage C-suite stakeholders, develop ROI cases, scope proofs of concept, manage security reviews and procurement, negotiate enterprise agreements, and close multi-year platform deals. Maintain pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy while coordinating customer success and professional services to drive rapid deployment and expansion.

Own Rubiscape’s ISO 27001 ISMS and SOC 2 Type II programs, including control design, evidence collection, audit readiness, and surveillance. Operationalize DPDP Act requirements, manage risk assessments and vendor risk, respond to customer security reviews, deliver compliance training, and monitor regulatory changes. Translate regulatory obligations into engineering controls while maintaining policies, risk documentation, data-processing records, and trust evidence.

Design, test, and refine prompt systems for production LLM agents supporting code generation, specification parsing, code review, documentation, and enterprise reasoning. Build versioned prompt libraries and evaluation frameworks, measure performance, investigate hallucinations and other failure modes, and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliable prompts into AI workflows. The role also requires documenting prompt decisions and staying current with techniques such as RAG, structured outputs, chain-of-thought, and tool use.
