Design and improve user experiences for payment products through user-centered research, prototyping, usability testing, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and accessibility-aligned visual/interaction design across channels.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Manage container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, Docker), monitor performance, improve reliability via automation and observability, and enhance security and compliance across infrastructure and pipelines.

Operate cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), integrate security tools (Wiz, Macroscope, OPA), forward logs to Splunk, migrate legacy systems to containers/Kubernetes, and mentor engineers while driving pipeline reliability, automation, and compliance.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Own cloud strategy and cost optimization, drive incident response and postmortems, mentor team members, evaluate DevOps tools, and implement automated, clustered solutions to improve performance, availability, and deployment throughput.

Plan and execute authorized red/purple/penetration test engagements against networks, applications, and systems. Identify, exploit, and report vulnerabilities; analyze intelligence and APT TTPs; communicate findings and remediation to technical and non-technical stakeholders while applying ethical and compliance considerations.
