Manage end-to-end payroll operations across APAC, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing (base pay, stock, taxes, benefits). Support month/quarter/year-end close and journal entries, partner with HR and Finance, drive process improvements, ensure local statutory compliance and filings, support payroll system implementations and new-country setups, and resolve payroll queries with stakeholders.
