Design, document, and implement embedded firmware (control functions, drivers, communications, LCD UI, web UI) for DC power systems. Lead projects, coordinate with international teams, produce detailed designs and schedules, write C/C++ software for Linux/RTOS, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot embedded issues (race conditions, re-entrancy).

Perform CFD analysis at system and component levels using Ansys and other CFD tools. Prepare and check models, generate meshes, run steady/transient flow and thermal simulations, analyze results, perform sensitivity studies, and produce reports. Recommend design improvements and work with CAD packages (Creo/Pro-E); automation/scripting and wind-tunnel experience are advantageous.
