Perform CFD and thermal analyses for systems and components using Celsius EC, Reality DC, Ansys Icepak, and Fluent. Generate meshes, run steady/transient simulations, analyze results, prepare client reports, support data center cooling design, benchmark to ASHRAE TC 9.9, advise design improvements, and collaborate with engineering and regional thermal teams.

Plans resources, capacity, materials, and MRP schedules while managing raw material and finished-goods inventory. Coordinates inspection scheduling, ITR submissions, dispatch clearance, and customer delivery service levels. Uses Oracle, Kinaxis, Cyber Plan, Excel, and MIS tools for planning and reporting. Supports ECO and prototype processes, NPDI activities, project management, and execution through cross-functional teamwork.

Research, write, and edit customer-facing product documentation (user manuals, online help, API and command references). Gather technical info from engineers, assemble docs to standards, manage multiple documentation projects across product lines, support localization and international teams, and coordinate schedules across time zones.

Lead design and documentation of BMS, fire alarm, and security control systems for modular buildings and data center/critical infrastructure projects. Produce Revit/AutoCAD models, I/O lists, sequences, specifications, support FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning, approve supplier bids, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate globally.

Develop and maintain the Compass AI route and schedule optimization platform: build Angular SPA components with TypeScript, support Python/AWS Lambda back-end and Snowflake-to-PostgreSQL ETL, troubleshoot integrations, write/tests code, participate in CI/CD and deployments, and support platform operations and optimization tools like NVIDIA cuOpt.

Design BMS for modular buildings including Revit modeling, equipment/material specifications, construction and as-built documentation, I/O and network diagrams, and BOMs. Lead BMS documentation, support FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning, validate fire alarm and security system designs, collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, QA and commissioning teams. Data center or critical infrastructure experience preferred.
