Processes weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, including hours, overtime, deductions, bonuses, paychecks, employee questions, and workers’ compensation payments. Prepares and updates client invoices, follows up on accounts receivable, maintains client accounts-payable relationships, and resolves billing questions. Requires accounting and payroll knowledge, regulatory familiarity, software proficiency, confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Build and improve a payroll/timesheet/productivity system from MVP to launch: develop backend and frontend features, maintain staging and tests, participate in daily standups, follow a product roadmap, and collaborate remotely with a distributed team.
