The Compensation Analyst will design and implement job architecture and global compensation structures, manage compensation benchmarking, and enhance compensation processes in collaboration with Finance and People & Culture teams.

Provide post-sales technical support to Japanese speaking customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of MDM solutions. Requires strong networking knowledge and customer-facing skills.
