Manage and monitor MEP works on fit-out and base-build projects: coordinate resources and schedules, produce progress reports, ensure HSE and QA/QC, manage procurement/changes, oversee commissioning and project close-out.

Lead cost management for MEP construction projects: manage cost planning, reporting, value engineering, commercial negotiations, invoicing (D-365), stakeholder engagement, and team development. Ensure cost controls, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Provide independent schedule, cost estimating, forecasting, risk and change management, document and information governance, contractor performance verification, quantitative risk analysis, and executive reporting across Solar PV, BESS, substations, HVAC transmission, subsea interconnector and related works.

Support financial and commercial administration of capital projects: prepare and maintain cost reports and trackers, monitor expenditures vs. budgets, manage project setup and close-out, administer purchase orders, validate contractor claims, assist asset settlement and capitalization, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliance with financial controls and documentation.

Lead planning and delivery of commercial fit-out and data centre projects, managing schedules, budgets, change control, governance, safety compliance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams. Prepare progress reports, capture lessons learned, and identify business development opportunities.
