Manages end-to-end plant outbound logistics, including receiving, put-away, picking, inventory and scrap management, vehicle scheduling, multi-bay loading, invoicing, statutory documentation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and warehouse safety. Coordinates with production, sales, accounts, security, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate, timely, compliant dispatches and inventory records.

Provide L2/L3 user support, maintain system availability, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, coordinate with vendors and ISPs, support onboarding and offboarding, and ensure documentation, compliance, audit readiness, and minimal operational downtime.

Lead regional business development for the Metal Mandi vertical by driving sales and revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, acquiring clients and partners, managing regional teams, building stakeholder relationships, analyzing market trends, coordinating customer onboarding and service delivery, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliant and ethical trading practices.
