Define and implement domain-wide cloud-native deployment automation and AI-enabled automation software. Lead architecture (HLD/LLD), migration strategies, CI/CD and solution governance, drive customization and RCA, run design reviews and workshops, mentor teams, and promote AI-driven delivery and DevOps practices to enable scalable, self-healing pipelines.

Perform target-oriented R&D to apply findings to product design and incremental improvements. Integrate, verify, test, and modify SW/HW/system components for VoIP/IMS/VoLTE products, develop and execute test strategies, use traffic simulation and automation tools, and troubleshoot voice quality, protocols, and interfaces.

Manage and standardize R&D lab infrastructure worldwide: configure, install, maintain lab and network equipment, servers, and cloud resources; enforce cybersecurity and compliance (TL9000, ISO standards); handle tickets/SLA support; manage inventory, procurement, budgeting (Capex/Opex), and drive lab improvements and integrations for SW/HW/system testing.

Build end-to-end infrastructure for AI agents: design React/TypeScript UIs, implement Python agent harnesses, develop Kubeflow-based MLOps pipelines, fine-tune foundation LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT/RLHF), deploy and operate services on Kubernetes, integrate agent frameworks, and apply software engineering best practices, testing, and CI/CD.

Develop and optimize carrier-grade data plane software for PHY/PCS/MAC and transceivers per IEEE 802.3. Implement low-level drivers and HALs for ASICs and optical modules, debug Layer 1/2 packet flows, collaborate with hardware teams, and validate embedded software on RTOS (e.g., VxWorks).

Design and implement production-grade AI agent harnesses, build and operate MLOps pipelines with Kubeflow, fine-tune foundation LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, RLHF), deploy and manage services on Kubernetes, integrate agent frameworks, and apply software engineering best practices to move models from prototype to production.

Conduct target-oriented R&D to design, integrate, verify, test and improve HW/SW network products. Diagnose and resolve complex L2/L3 issues, develop controlled software/hardware releases, document changes, train lower-tier teams, and support emergency SW care and process improvements.
