Lead end-to-end implementation of AI virtual agents and CX automation: scope, configure workflows, build integrations, validate performance and guardrails, and partner with customers and product/engineering to optimize deployments.

Manage and optimize revenue systems and GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, sales tools). Maintain data hygiene, generate reports and dashboards, support users, and drive cross-functional initiatives like deal desk, enablement, commission planning, and forecasting to improve GTM effectiveness.
