Manages relationship-based sales across village clusters, recruits and nurtures village-level Business Correspondents, and serves as a liaison between villages, BCs, and bank branches. Sources new customers through referrals and cold calling while cross-selling asset, liability, and investment products. The role includes field work and customer acquisition responsibilities.
