The SAP BASIS and BTP Architect will manage SAP administration, system upgrades, and transport management across various SAP environments while ensuring security and performance tuning. They will also support cloud migrations and operate within global environments, applying ITIL processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead technical delivery for medium-complexity projects from pre-sales to operations: define requirements and BOM, create technical plans, mentor teams, perform advanced troubleshooting and RCA, coordinate issue resolution, support early product phases, and produce documentation and training while managing senior customer relationships.

Operate and standardize R&D lab infrastructure worldwide: configure, install, maintain lab and network equipment; manage servers, cybersecurity, cloud resources, inventory, procurement, budgets, and daily ticketed support to ensure lab availability and compliance with quality and security standards.

Develop and optimize carrier-grade data plane software for PHY/PCS/MAC and transceivers per IEEE 802.3. Implement low-level drivers and HALs for ASICs and optical modules, debug Layer 1/2 packet flows, collaborate with hardware teams, and validate embedded software on RTOS (e.g., VxWorks).

Perform applied R&D to design, develop, integrate, verify, and test HW/SW systems. Diagnose and resolve complex L2/L3 network issues, handle customer trouble tickets, produce controlled SW/HW releases, define product evolutions, train lower support tiers, lead small projects, and maintain quality and emergency SW care processes.
