Develop, maintain, and support the enterprise MDM platform across customer, supplier, contact, and item domains. Leads electrical commissioning activities for mission-critical data center and telecom infrastructure projects across EMEA. Requires an electrical or technology bachelor’s degree, related mission-critical facilities experience, data center and telecom experience, CAD skills, and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Designs control systems and low-voltage electrical enclosures for thermal products, supporting new product development and sustaining engineering from concept through production. Maintains design-tool components, coordinates prototype and manufacturing builds, develops electrical safety test cases, and coordinates CE/UL testing. Collaborates with mechanical, firmware, software, testing, customer support, supply chain, and manufacturing teams while supporting validation, debugging, testability, and manufacturability.

Develop and execute validation and verification test plans for Solid State Transfer Switch products. Perform functional, electrical, thermal, environmental, endurance, reliability, and safety testing. Design test procedures, fixtures, automation scripts, and data acquisition systems. Coordinate certification testing, analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, prepare reports, support prototype/FAT/customer witness testing, ensure lab equipment calibration, and mentor junior staff.
