Centrally monitor and improve the Catalyst skill-education program across 20+ Indian states. Leads LAHI’s curriculum-linked, multilingual content and knowledge system for school vocational education. Responsibilities include designing content architecture, identifying resource needs, making reuse and adaptation decisions, managing writers and specialists, overseeing translation and localization, establishing quality and editorial standards, maintaining version control and repositories, managing permissions, and converting field learning into reusable educational resources. The role also engages government and academic institutions and uses teacher feedback to improve materials.
